Refund & Cancellation Policy
MarocEcom offers digital products and services that are delivered or activated instantly. For this reason, our refund policy is strictly defined to protect both customers and service operations.
All Sales Are Final
Because MarocEcom provides immediate delivery of digital goods, reseller storefront activation, and marketing campaign setup, all sales are final once the product is delivered, the store is activated, or the campaign process begins.
Instant Digital Delivery
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Downloadable eBooks and digital training materials.
- Personalized reseller store setup, including login access and store configuration.
- Active advertising campaign setup and launch support.
Cancellation Limits
Requests to cancel an order must be submitted before delivery or activation begins. Once a digital asset is accessible, a reseller store is provisioned, or an ad campaign is active, refunds are not available.
Exceptional Legal Requirements
Where local consumer protection law requires a refund, MarocEcom will comply with applicable legal obligations. These instances are limited and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
